**All Customers have 7 days from the day they receive the package to call the store and request to exchange or return for store credit. They then have 3 days to send back the merchandise. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.**
** There are no exchanges on Engraving, monogramming, custom-made koozies, initials, license plates, family decals or "On-Sale" items.
All Luggage and handbags have been inspected, including all zippers to make sure they work properly before they are sold. All other items are inspected to ensure that they are not damaged, before they are shipped.
Items cannot be exchanged or refunded, which have been opened and have signs of wear, are stained, ripped, have odor of smoke or any other condition that results in our inability to resell.
